Great Migration Tanzania

Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Int. Airport, transfer to Arusha
Today you will arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Upon arrival, you will be met by a representative who will welcome you and you start your journey to Arusha, and proceed to your accommodation for overnight at Kili Villa.

Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, we will depart to Tarangire National Park. The park is known for its elephants and baobab trees and if you are lucky you might as well spot some cats. You will enjoy lunch inside the park before departing to the accommodation for dinner and overnight at Tarangire Ndovu Tented Lodge.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park - Lake Manyara National Park
In the morning we will depart to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. Lake Manyara is a lush green park with a beautiful lake where you can spot many animals like zebras, giraffes, and hippos. Another great animal species to spot in the park are the many monkeys and baboons and Lake Manyara is also a birder's paradise. There is an option to book additional cultural activities for today. In the evening head to your hotel for dinner and overnight at Manyara Secret Lodge.

Day 4: Lake Manyara National Park - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we will depart to Serengeti National Park, which is about 4,5 hours drive to the world-famous national park, but the views along the way are stunning. Upon arrival in Serengeti National Park, we will enjoy an afternoon game drive before heading to the accommodation for dinner and overnight at Nyikani Camp.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Today we will enjoy a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park. You can go out for a full day or a morning and evening game drive. You will also get to spend some time at your accommodation and enjoy a hot lunch. Depending on the time of the year and the location, we will head out searching for the Great Migration. Dinner and overnight at Nyikani Migration Camp.

There is an option of booking an additional balloon safari over the Serengeti. The balloon safari offers a different view over the landscape and on the animals and is an unforgettable experience.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park
Today we will enjoy a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park. You can go out for a full day or go for a morning and evening game drive. You will also get to spend some time at your accommodation and enjoy a hot lunch. Depending on the time of the year and the location, we will head out searching for the Great Migration. Dinner and overnight at Nyikani Migration Camp.

Day 7: Serengeti National Park
Today we will enjoy a full-day game drive in Serengeti National park. You can decide to go out for a full day or go for a morning and evening game drive. You will also get to spend some time at your accommodation and enjoy a hot lunch. You will head back to Central Serengeti for dinner and overnight at Nyikani Camp.

Day 8: Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, we will enjoy our last game drive in Serengeti before heading to Ngorongoro Crater. En route, we will have lunch and we will arrive at our accommodation for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Tortilis Camp.

Day 9: Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Arusha
Early morning we will descend down the crater with a breakfast box for early morning game viewing. The game viewing during the morning hours is at its glory and it's worth the early wake-up call. You will go out and look for lions, buffaloes, and even rhinos while enjoying a warm cup of coffee or tea. You will enjoy a lunch in the crater overviewing the lake before heading to Arusha for overnight or to the airport for your departure flight.
