How do I get to my country of destination?

Travellers arrive from all over the world to begin the tours and it is not possible to include international airfare in our prices. We would be happy to help you arrange flights. Just ask for a flight quote when making your booking.

Do I need a visa?

Each citizen and country have different requirements for travellers and our journey designers are not equipped to provide official documents such as visas. In case of doubt, we strongly recommend that you contact the embassy of the country you want to visit and ask about visa requirements prior to confirming your booking. If you do require a visa you can arrange them yourself or use the services of a travel agent or visa processing company.Please note that not getting a visa once the booking has been confirmed does not constitute a sufficient ground to waive the cancellation policy.

Who will I contact in case of an emergency?

Upon booking, you will also receive emergency contact numbers from our local representatives as well as the number of journey designers.

Do I need any vaccinations?

We recommend you contact your family physician, or your local travel clinic for the most up-to-date health information at least three months before departure or in case of a last-minute tour, as soon as you confirm your travels.

Are any dietary requirements a problem?

This is something we take very seriously. Upon booking with us, we will send you a form in which you will be able to indicate any dietary preference or restriction or any specific request you might have. We will then provide that information in advance to all the hotels.
