Classic Egypt

Day 1: Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your guide will be waiting for you and transfer you to your hotel for free time at leisure.

Day 02:  Cairo - Pyramids
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and you will be heading towards the Great Pyramids. You will have a chance to explore the pyramids and wander around asking yourself how these were built by manual labor. Nearby see the Sphinx, a marvelous sight carved out of a natural rocky outcrop, the lion's body stretching 45m / 147ft, with its paws 15m / 49 ft long. You will also visit the Papyrus Institute and learn how paper was made in ancient times followed by shopping in the Papyrus Museum, Perfume factory, and the jewelry shop. In the evening you will be transferred back to the hotel for leisure and overnight.

Day 03:  Cairo
After breakfast at your hotel, you will leave for the Egyptian Museum. You will spend two hours inside the museum, where your guide will explain to you more about the history of Egypt and King Tut's part, with the masterpiece of the museum being his golden mask. In the evening, you will be heading to your hotel for leisure and overnight.

Day 04:  Cairo - Aswan - Nile Cruise
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, our representative will drive you to your boat for your Nile river cruise. Dinner and overnight on the cruise.

Day 05: Aswan – Abu Simbel - Edfu
At 4 am, you will depart to Abu Simble which is approximately a 3-hour drive from Aswan. Inside this majestic place, you’ll hear the whole story about the amazing Pharaoh King Ramses II who built the great temple of Abu Simbel to commemorate his victory in a great battle of Kadesh. The smaller temple was dedicated to his wife queen Nefertari. Afterward, you will head back to Aswan and continue sailing to Edfu. Dinner and night on board in Edfu.

Day 06: Edfu – Esna – Luxor
After breakfast, you will disembark and visit the Edfu Temple, dedicated to the God Horus. The cruise will then continue on its way towards Esna, where you will cross the famous floodgate. In the evening you will arrive in Luxor, where you will visit two of the most spectacular temples in the country, the Luxor and Karnak temples, separated in antiquity by the Avenue of the Sphinxes, which is an impressive three kilometers long. You will enjoy dinner on the cruise and spend the rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 07: Luxor - Cairo
After an early breakfast, you will leave at 06:00 am towards the Valley of the Kings and the Hatshepsut Temple, dedicated to the only woman to rule over Egypt and the Colossi of Memnon. In the evening you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be transferred to your hotel for leisure and overnight.

Day 8: Cairo
Today you will meet your guide at the hotel lobby for your transfer to Cairo International airport for your departure flight.
