Tour itinerary

Day 1: Delhi
Upon arrival in Delhi, our representative will be waiting for you at the airport to welcome you to the capital of India! After your welcome, you will be taken to your hotel for check-in and a possible time to refresh. After refreshing head out for Delhi sightseeing. Drive past the Rashtrapati Bhavan (the residence of President of India) and India Gate. Then visit Akshardham Temple or Swaminarayan Akshardham, the complex displays millennia of traditional Hindu and Indian culture, spirituality, and architecture. In the evening you will head back to your hotel for relaxation and you can go for dinner in the hotel or in the city with your guide. Overnight at Evoke Lifestyle.

Delhi

Day 2: Delhi
After an early breakfast, we will start with a guided tour of Old and New Delhi. After breakfast, set out for Delhi sightseeing, including the Humayun Tomb and Qutub Minar. Then visit Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, one of the most prominent Sikh temples, or Sikh house of worship, in Delhi, India and known for its association with the eighth Sikh Guru, Guru Har Krishan, as well as the pool inside its complex, known as the "Sarovar." Then visit Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. Afterward, visit Raj Ghat, the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial. In the evening enjoy a normal rickshaw ride through the narrow, winding lanes of colorful and bustling Chandni Chowk. – one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi. In the evening you will head back to Evoke Lifestyle for overnight.

Delhi

Day 3: Delhi – Agra
After breakfast, you will drive to Agra, the city of the wonderful Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and will truly leave you in awe. The city of Agra is rich in culture, history, and architectural works and is one of the top destinations for tourists coming to India. Upon arrival, you will check-in at the hotel and enjoy lunch in a local restaurant. Later, we will proceed to visit the massive Agra Fort, an imperialist fort situated on the banks of river Yamuna and was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty till 1638 when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. In the evening head to Taj Villas for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Agra - Ranthambore
Enjoy a buffet breakfast then check out of your hotel. You will be transferred in your private car to Bharatpur.  During your drive, you will visit the once seat of Mughal legacy, which is an abandoned city glowing red under the sun, Fatehpur Sikri - the deserted red sandstone city built by the Great Mughal Emperor, Akbar, as his capital and palace in the late 16th century is just 37kms from Agra. Continue your drive towards Bharatpur Railway Station to connect the train to Ranthambhore. (Luggage’s will be transferred by your vehicle to the hotel in Ranthambhore – will recommend carrying 01 handbags with your valuables during your Train journey) At the end of the day, you will arrive at Ranthambore and check in at your hotel. Spend the evening at your leisure.  Dinner will be served at your hotel Ranthambore National Resort.

Jaipur

Day 5: Ranthambore
After an early morning tea and snacks, head out for your jungle safari tour at 6:00 a.m. One of the finest tiger reserves in India, Ranthambore National Park is known for its Bengal tigers and is a rare opportunity to see the jungle beasts in their natural habitat. What once were famous hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur, the national park is now a major wildlife tourist attraction for visitors looking to spot an excellent photo opportunity. Back at the hotel, have some breakfast, and recover from the morning’s excitement. Lunch at the hotel.  By late afternoon, you’re off on a jungle safari around 3:00 p.m. which takes a different path. Spot some tigers, explore the area, and see the forests which were once the private hunting grounds of the Kings of Jaipur. Spend the evening at your leisure and dine at Ranthambore National Resort.

Ranthambore

Day 6: Ranthambore - Jaipur
Enjoy your breakfast, then pack your bags because you’re now headed towards the Pink City! Jaipur is celebrated for its broad avenues, massive forts, magnificent palaces, exquisite temples, and regal culture. Check in to your hotel on arrival then you’re free to spend the evening as you wish. Take the opportunity to stroll through the local market area. Known to be a shopper’s paradise, Jaipur’s colorful markets let you appreciate the authentic local atmosphere. Take a stroll between the stalls and find hand-crafted bangles or other beautifully crafted items to bring home. Part of taking in authentic India is indulging in some traditional Rajasthani street food and desserts. When you’ve fully exhausted yourself, head back to your hotel for a good night's sleep! Jaipur

Day 7: Jaipur
Today’s itinerary includes visiting many of the local sights. We discover the Pink City; on a full-day sightseeing tour, visit the Amber Fort, located high on a hillside overlooking Maota Lake. We have the chance to explore the ornate rooms within the palace complex before continuing our tour to the ornately decorated City Palace, home to the current Maharajah of Jaipur, as well as an early 18th-century Astronomical Observatory. We also drive past the Palace of the Winds, a stunning façade built-in 1799, whose intricately latticed windows were designed to allow the ladies of the royal household to look over the streets below without being seen. Overnight at WH Haveli hotel.

Jaipur

Day 8: Jaipur - Delhi
Bid farewell with the memories of an amazing, fun-filled 8-day tour through the best of North India, worth remembering for a lifetime. Today you will drive back to Delhi International Airport (approx. 6 hrs. drive). Upon arrival, you will be assisted transfer at New Delhi International Airport to board your flight for onward journey.
